Yes! Cellular PVC millwork can be painted with any 100% acrylic latex exterior paint. The surface accepts paint exceptionally well, and because PVC does not absorb moisture or rot, the paint finish tends to last much longer than it would on wood. We recommend a light-to-medium color for best long-term results, as very dark colors can absorb heat and cause expansion so a heat reflective paint is required.
